In Episode 2 of Building America’s Nitro Pint, we sat down with Luke, an Irish bartender who grew up behind the bar in Ireland and now pours pints at the legendary Fraunces Tavern in New York City.
He talks about what the pub meant growing up, why that culture still matters today, and what it’s been like introducing people to Wolf Hound, an American-brewed nitro b**r inspired by Irish tradition.
