Last Friday, our amazing community came together to revisit 58 years of shared moments, flipping through photos, yearbooks, and stories that still feel close.

It was a night of reflection, connection, and a reminder of just how much this community carries forward.

We celebrated a beautiful commencement for our 1st through 4th graders yesterday as they reached the end of their Corlears journey. As we reflect on how much they’ve grown, our roots will always go down, and we send them off with pride, love, and excitement for what’s ahead. 💛

Less than three weeks until Camp Corlears, where hands meet clay and curiosity takes shape through discovery and creativity. We can’t wait to see what your children will create this summer! ☀️

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the over 100 members of our community who came together last Friday for the Corlears Community & Legacy Celebration, representing 58 years of school history alongside staff both past and present. 💜

Guests enjoyed a roaming photobooth, made-to-order sushi, and a history room filled with archive photos, yearbooks, and memorabilia. Most importantly, it was a chance to reconnect, reflect, and look ahead.

Together, we raised over $13,000 in honor of Corlears’ legacy and next chapter. Our Legacy Fund remains open, and all are welcome to contribute. From past to present, this special evening is all about coming together, reconnecting, and creating new memories that will carry us forward. 🎉

Our 5th graders took learning beyond the classroom with an unforgettable trip to Washington, D.C.! From exploring historic landmarks to deepening their understanding of our nation’s history, this experience brought their studies to life in meaningful and memorable ways.

We are so proud of their curiosity, independence, and the way they represented the Corlears community throughout the trip. 💜

Camp Corlears is right around the corner, where we bring classic summer fun to life with daily outdoor play, arts and crafts, and plenty of time with friends. Campers in the 4s and up also explore beyond campus with weekly field trips to local parks, museums, and more. ☀️

Led by experienced head counselors from Corlears School, our program draws on 50+ years of early childhood education expertise, with every activity designed to support joyful, developmentally thoughtful learning, discovery, and connection.

Curiosity took our PreK students all the way to space! 🚀

After noticing a growing interest sparked by the Artemis moon mission this spring, our teachers followed the students’ lead, building an emergent curriculum around space exploration. From learning about the solar system to asking big questions about life beyond Earth, their curiosity has truly taken off.

The highlight? A virtual Q&A with former NASA astronaut Jim Wetherbee, who shared his experiences from space and answered students’ thoughtful questions.

When learning is driven by curiosity, the possibilities are endless. ✨
