Happy Summer! Let's take a moment to congratulate our new Youth Leaders for the 2024-2025 school year . These Youth Leaders will be working with School Counselors to help their peers with the college admissions process. We are so grateful to have them join the team!🎉

High school juniors, get ready to paint the town 🎨🖌️ New Settlement will be hosting a "Junior Welcome" event on Tuesday, May 21st from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at 1563 Walton Avenue Bronx, NY 10452. There will be a workshop and a Paint N' Sip (juice)! Please make sure to arrive by 4:50pm! There will be food, refreshments, and a raffle! This is an event you do not want to miss out! 🙅🏽‍♀️

Say hello to the College Access and Student Success Team! 🎓 Last week, we hosted a College and Career Fair at Taft Educational Campus with 25 colleges and programs! Over 400 students from all 6 schools joined us to explore their post-high school options. What an amazing event! 🙌 Shoutout to our incredible team for making it happen!

After 22 incredible years serving New Settlement, Allison Palmer, has announced her transition to move on to new opportunities. Her last day with us is on Friday, March 22. 2024. She founded the College Access Center to establish a space that is open to the Bronx Community for educational equity, access, and opportunities for social mobility. Her dedication, passion, and commitment has left a long legacy that has really shaped many of our lives. We honor you! Join us in sending Allison well wishes !❤️❤️❤️
