Hot take: if you’ve been repeating a word over and over but it still does not sound quite right, it might not be because you’re bad at pronunciation.

Your ears may simply not be hearing the difference yet.

We’re usually taught to start with words and grammar, then just copy what native speakers say. But training your ears first makes the speaking part feel so much less like guesswork.

That’s why our method starts with pronunciation training. You learn to recognise the sounds that matter in your new language, practise hearing the tiny differences, and build the foundation that makes everything else click into place.

Then vocabulary feels easier to remember, native speech starts sounding clearer, and speaking feels far less scary. ✨

Struggling to pronounce a difficult word?

This technique is called backchaining (sometimes called backward chaining).

Instead of repeating the whole word and hoping it eventually sticks, start with the final sound or syllable.

Once that feels comfortable, add the section before it and keep building backwards.
