Eid Mubarak ✨
Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri

For over 30 years, I’ve celebrated Eid away from my country of origin - Malaysia - and every year, without fail, something shifts in me the week of the holiday.

A quiet trigger.
An emotional pull.

But I’ve come to realize…
it’s not just the celebration I miss.

It’s the preparation.

Growing up, Eid wasn’t just about the day.
It was everything leading up to it.

Everyone had a role.
Every task mattered.

Cooking. Cleaning. Preparing the home.

And also…

“Which neighbor are we bringing cookies to?”
“Who are we inviting to our open house?”

Because Eid wasn’t just for us.
It was for the community.

(And yes… making sure the right people got the best goodies was serious business 😄)

That spirit of co-creating something meaningful together -
that’s what I feel the most.

And that’s also where I now realize…
my love for connection began.

These days, even with beautiful chosen family,
there are moments where I feel a shift.

A quiet question of belonging.

And in those moments, I remind myself:
come back to the present.

So I reach out.
I check in.
I connect.

Because I know I’m not the only one who might be feeling this way during the holidays.

This year, I’ve been invited into 3 different Eid celebrations -
and that’s just Day 1 💚

And today, I’ll be heading to New Jersey
to celebrate with a family who opened their home and hearts to me.

I’m so grateful.

Grateful for the connections I’ve built around the world.
Grateful for the people who show up.
Grateful that we get to show up for each other.

To my friends around the world - some of you already celebrating ahead of me.

✨ Eid Mubarak
✨ Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri

May your celebrations be joyful, safe, and filled with love, connection, and abundance.

Happy 2026!

✨ Happy International Women’s Day ✨

To the women who are leading, building, creating, healing, and sometimes… figuring it all out in between skincare, makeup, hair, and holding the whole universe together. ✨

Today is a celebration of conscious women leaders - the ones who know that real leadership doesn’t just come from strategy or hustle.

It comes from alignment.

Because when a woman reconnects with herself -
her intuition sharpens,
her voice gets clearer,
and suddenly the ripple effect begins.

Communities shift.
Ideas expand.
People feel seen.

And the truth is…

You don’t actually need to search everywhere for the answers.

Most of the time, they’ve been living inside you the whole time.

So today, here’s my loving reminder to all the brilliant women out there:

Pause.
Reconnect with yourself.
Trust what you already know.

Because when women lead from within,
magic happens - and communities transform.

Happy International Women’s Day to all the women who are rising, realigning, and leading with heart.

Friday night in New York city with The Business of WE.

Three years ago, something shifted in my world.

And if you know me… you know connection is my thing.

I’m a YES to people.

YES to community.

YES to meaningful relationships.

So when a connection breaks - it doesn’t just sting.

It invites reflection.

What I didn’t know then was that it would begin one of the most important alignment journeys of my life.

The last three years were not about scaling or visibility.

They were about coming home to myself.

There were days I was leading, building, showing up strong.

And then there were nights I was quietly unpacking versions of me that I had outgrown.

Unpacking expectations.

Unpacking roles.

Unpacking the “always strong” narrative.

There were seasons I got very quiet.

Not because I disappeared.

But because I was doing the inner work.

And yes… there were moments I wondered:

Do people still see me?

Do they know I’m still here?

But one thing never changed.

I never lost trust in people.

I never lost faith in meaningful connection.

Even in the harder seasons, I chose softness over hardening.

Alignment over performance.

And today, I get to share this with so much gratitude:

I have been selected as Malaysia’s Honoree for the Society of Foreign Consuls in New York, Inc.’s (SoFC) International Women’s Day 2026 in New York - nominated by the Consulate General of Malaysia, New York.

On March 10, 2026, I will receive this recognition for leadership within the Malaysian diaspora and for bridging communities across sectors and borders.

If this sounds a little like an acceptance speech… maybe it is. 😌

But more than anything, it’s a thank you.

To those who held space for me these past three years -
who allowed me to align without rushing me…
who trusted my silence…
who believed in my becoming…

Thank you.

That kind of support changes people.

And here’s what I’ve learned:

Whatever is meant for you will not miss you.

Even when you’re quiet.

Even when you’re doubting.

Even when you’re rebuilding privately.

Plot twist: the alignment was the promotion.

This recognition arrives at the exact moment I am stepping into my next chapter - fully aligned - as an Identity Realignment Activator Zefinitely Connected .

And I’ll just say this…

Stay tuned.
More is being revealed.

Reset.
Reconnect.
Rise.

Not just something I teach.

Something I lived.

With deep gratitude. 🇲🇾✨

Some connections stand the test of time - and this is one of them.

Almost 8 years ago, Carlos of Live Streaming Master and I met through live streaming, and today he’s not just a colleague but my go-to guy and sidekick for out-of-the-box production projects. 🙌

Together, we’ve built a friendship grounded in trust, camaraderie, and a shared passion for creating impactful experiences.

When connections are aligned, they help us learn, grow, and serve our communities in ways we couldn’t do alone. 💡

I am also a firm believer that when introductions are made with the right intentions, they don’t only connect - they transform. ✅

I eat, breathe and live by this quote.

“No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care” - President Theodore Roosevelt.

And when it becomes second skin, others start to experience it.

That’s a very key foundation in connection.

Never underestimate the power of caring as it may just be the reason why people say YES to you.

You become memorable and suddenly you stand out in the crowd.

Thank you for the shoutout Sartorell , I appreciate you! 🤩🤗 Glad I was able to share help you shine your bright light too!

Grateful to be back!

💡 Some people buy a front-row ticket. I get paid to have one. 🎯

One of the best perks of being a Virtual Summit Producer?

I get the front row seat to every moment of the action - and every single new connection.

It’s been a hot minute since I last produced a professional virtual summit (my last one was in 2022 - right before my 2.5-year hiatus).

This week, I’m back in the producer’s chair with “Return to the Roots – A Global Summit on the Mental Health Collapse of the Unrooted Generation” hosted by my former client, Kohila Sivas of Wholistic SuccessCodes, Canada (🙏 Kohila, thank you for trusting me to bring another summit to life! 🙌🏼)

After 4 incredible days backstage (with one more to go), I realized what I treasure most about producing summits isn’t just the tech, the flow, or the adrenaline of live broadcasts -
💖 it’s the personal moments I get with speakers and stakeholders.

Even through a computer screen, those 1:1 connections are priceless.

This summit alone featured 36 speakers.

That’s potentially 36 new collaborations, 36 new friendships, and 36 new opportunities to make an impact together.

And the wisdom shared? Absolutely priceless.

Honestly… this beats spending 5 straight days at in-person networking events, only meeting 10 people who might forget my name by the time they get home. 😉

Here’s to all the amazing Virtual Producers - the unseen bridge-builders, connection-catalysts, and magic-makers. 🙌
