📖 Huge shout out to alum Krishna who came all the way down on the last day of classes to retrieve her copy of The Skyscraper School - The First Century 1926-2026 100 Years of History, Personalities and Stories by former highly esteemed HSFI principal Charles Bonnici.

📖Anyone purchase a copy of Mr. Bonnici’s riveting read: The Skyscraper School - The First Century 1926-2026 100 Years of History, Personalities and Stories?
📘If so, please feel free to leave a review below.
📖Copies can be purchased through us in two ways:
1. If you are in proximity to the school, the easiest way to purchase the book is to go directly to the school during the school day (8:30am-3:00pm). The last day to pick up a copy will be on the last day of school, Friday June 26th. Please email [email protected] if you would like to arrange a pick up. The cost of the book is $50 if you choose to pick it up in person.
2. If you would like the book mailed to you, please email [email protected]. The school closes for the summer on June 26th, so we will need to receive payment by June 25th for the books to be mailed out on June 26th. The cost will be $60.00 which includes $10.00 for media rate mailing and mailing materials.
📘Ways to pay:
✅By Zelle. This is the easiest way to pay. You can find the Alumni Association on Zelle via our email address: [email protected]
✅You can pay by check made out to the Alumni Association of the High School of Fashion Industries. Please note, if your check is received after June 25th, the book cannot be mailed to you until school resumes in September.
✅You can pay by cash (exact change, please) in person.
Note: All proceeds go to defray the cost of the book; any profits will go to our Annual Alumni Association College Scholarship.
Mr. Bonnici took on the gargantuan task of compiling the history of our school. It was no easy feat, especially as it has never been done before. We applaud him! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

🫶🏽I’m still on a high from Saturday’s 100th Year Celebration🥳!🥹 It was truly awe-inspiring to be in a space filled with so much living history, impressive resumes, and BEAUTY. Fashion, we look Goodt! 🥰💅🏼Seriously!
🫶🏽THANK YOU SO MUCH, to everyone who came out on Saturday. It truly, truly warmed my heart to have you with us as we were able to reminisce about our extraordinary alma mater together. Your attendance also helped us solidify scholarships for our graduating seniors! These scholarships are a great way to help usher seniors off to the next stop on their journey and let them know that they can always come back home.
🫶🏽It was absolutely amazing to see alum from various years in attendance. I spoke with folks from multiple decades about their time at Fashion and what they had been up to since. We exchanged stories and contact information, and I left Saturday night even more determined to help bridge the gap between former and current students, with the goal of creating a legacy for those to come.
