Our last adventure in NYC was Maybe Happy Ending which won the Tony Award for Best Musical last year. After the show, some students waited at stage door for the cast to get pictures and signatures on playbills. πŸ’›πŸ’š

Jason plays Henry Ford (and others) in the revival of Ragtime that we saw Saturday evening. The workshop ended with Q&A. πŸ’šπŸ’›

Monday afternoon we sang at The Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Not a very large crowd, but the students enjoyed signing in the space, particularly hearing their sound echo through the cathedral seconds after they stopped singing. πŸ’›πŸ’š

Ended our educational Sunday with a lot of fun. We boarded the Spirit of New York and got to see lower Manhattan, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty from the water. The trip included a buffet dinner, a dance floor, and a DJ. πŸ’šπŸ’›
