DREAM Our mission is to level the field by empowering all children to recognize their potential and realize their dreams.

DREAM, formerly Harlem RBI, began when volunteers transformed an abandoned, garbage-strewn lot into two baseball diamonds for the youth of East Harlem. Since then, DREAM has grown to add on a K-9 Charter School in East Harlem, and expanded into new neighborhoods. Now, DREAM annually serves more than 2,200 youth, ages 5-22, with year-round academic, sports, and enrichment programs in East Harlem, the South Bronx and Newark. DREAM's programs build the skills and confidence needed to graduate high school, matriculate to college and break the cycle of poverty. Since 2005, 96% of DREAM after school and summer seniors have graduated high school, 94% of seniors have been accepted into college and 99% of participants have avoided teen parenthood.
