๐Ÿ•ณ๏ธ JUST IN โ€” July 2026: NASA's James Webb Space Telescope caught a black hole EATING โ€” and the footage is unlike anything science has ever seen.

Gas filaments are racing at 600 KILOMETERS PER SECOND, funneling into a spinning disk around the supermassive black hole at the center of galaxy NGC 4696. The black hole is literally recycling its own food โ€” heating gas with jets, letting it cool, then pulling it BACK in. A self-feeding cosmic monster. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

And that's not even the biggest news.

This month, MIT scientists discovered an entirely NEW type of object โ€” a "Black Hole Star." Then NASA's James Webb Space Telescope looked deeper โ€” and found something that broke that entire story. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

๐Ÿšจ August 12, 2026 โ€” Published in Nature:

James Webb found the earliest known "black hole star" โ€” an object seen just 660 MILLION years after the Big Bang. It's a rapidly growing black hole surrounded by a dense cloud of gas, consuming matter at 10x the maximum rate physics says is possible.

But here's the fact that breaks EVERYTHING:

James Webb also discovered a supermassive black hole that existed BEFORE its galaxy did.

The black hole came first. Then the galaxy grew around it.

That means everything we thought we knew about how galaxies โ€” including our own Milky Way โ€” formed... might be wrong.
