Yesterday, Naale’s teams from schools across the country gathered at Meir Shfeya Youth Village for our staff day.
In addition to our ongoing work with each youth village throughout the year, we bring all our teams together several times a year to learn from one another, share ideas and better understand our students’ experiences across the different villages.
At Meir Shfeya, one of the schools welcoming Naale students from countries of the former Soviet Union, we heard about the work being done at the school, received updates from Naale management and heard from our very own regional manager for Canada, Tiki Levgoren.
Supervisors from the Ministry of Education also took part, as did Naale alumna MK Tatiana Mazarsky - טטיאנה מזרסקי who is completing her term as a Member of Knesset.
We then divided into smaller groups and heard directly from Naale alumni about their Naale journey, their experiences as students, the challenges they faced and how they overcame them.
Hearing from one another and especially from our students and alumni is one of the best ways to keep learning and make the Naale experience the best it can be for every student, no matter which school they attend.
Looking forward to many more meetings in the future! 😊 Tiki Katabi Levgoren המינהל לחינוך התיישבותי פנימייתי ועליית הנוער משרד החינוך משרד העלייה והקליטה НААЛЕ כפר הנוער מאיר שפייה The Jewish Agency for Israel
