Hey all, I am posting the following from a former Evander grad, Ty Frances Holmberg Mir: Good morning everybody. This morning I ask of a favor for your assistance.This past year has been quite difficult for me from being in and out of the hospital as well as Mike. One of my children has medical problem and mom will be having surgery to correct her eye sight. She has gone bling in one eye and was loosing sight in another. Like many of you who have older children going to college I do as well and can not take that away from a hungry mind an passionate heart. Swallowing my pride, I have shared with you this and will say... I have found myself in a financial bind. Last October there was an earth quake in upstate NY...2.5 mag. as little as it was it did do some damage to my home built in 1900. I am in need to raise funds to help repair this. The structural columns of my house have cracked and some bricks shattered do to age. I am beside my self with worrys since this is our home and need this done asap. I am asking that you share these links with the wish God will allow it to grow. I am humble myself to all of you. As many of you know this is VERY HARD FOR ME. I have always supported my family. This damn illness I have is severe and had my hands tied. Now if by any of you find yourselves smiling as you read this than I truly say. you have no business being in my life. If you find your self with love and caring in your heart as you read this that pray that I get the help I need. I am trying to raise to have enough money for material and labor. I need a structural engineer to tell me where in need to put lally columns (permanent ones) and how many. I need to by grabber saddle plates that are over 7 inche wide maybe someone can help inform me where to get them, can't find any. The lally's i guess a contractor or engineer will tell me the strength I'll need. I have to get cement for the floor footer pads and mortor for the bricks as well as two pallets of bricks. I am in need of your help. If your able to donate, share or just pray and wish us well. I am forever grateful.
