☀️This event will honor Sun Ra and the enlightenment that took place earlier this year during The Sun Ra Course. It will be a collaborative outcome project with a performative tableau, led by “Sun Ra Course” Faculty, Ahmed Abdullah and Monique Ngozi Nri.

This course examines the work of composer, poet, musician, artist Sun Ra. It situates Sun Ra art historically and considers the scope of his relevance to art making and creative practice.

A discussion follows the screening.
