I’ am a Master two English student. My major is Applied linguistics and English language teaching. Do you have any idea about this field?

You will never be fluent in English, If you don’t practice. If you don’t have anyone to practice with try with yourself talk with yourself, For example today I will do this and this instead of using your Mother language. Personally, I talk with my family in English. when I cook in the kitchen with my mother i tell her Mum please give me spoon, bowl, pot….. this helped me a lot and, also it builds self- confidence and ability to talk.
