My new fav quad exercise. One sided (or unilateral ) walking lunge. This is a great step up to the walking lunge in that you continue to hit the same leg again and again to really burn the quads. Try 20 reps each leg x2. I am using one dbell hanging in front of the non- stepping leg. 🌈

We are back today !! Together we can reclaim group fitness in nyc . I am subbing quite a bit this week and will post a proper schedule soon .
A new Equinox teaching schedule is coming! I can’t say more til we have a date confirmed to start group fitness in NYC but it will look very different than the previous schedule. Stay safe and look forward to seeing people in person again !
