Gaining weight during pregnancy and then trying to lose weight after baby is an emotional rollercoaster for so many women, and perhaps especially for those of us with lifelong issues with food.
Iβll have you know β this journey is far from over. At 146lbs I still have 15lbs to lose to get back to my pre-baby weight. Maybe I get there β maybe I donβt. Now, more than focusing on the number on the scale, I am focusing on being strong and healthy for my family. That is what is most important. I want to be a good example for them of self love. I want to show them how important it is to take care of their bodies. And last but not least, I want to be here for them in every way I can for as long as I can. All of those things start with me being the healthiest version of myself, and I can truly say every thing I post has helped. If I can do it, you can do it!!!
