Maggie Flanigan Studio Inc The Maggie Flanigan Studio in NYC professional actor training program teaching the Meisner Technique.

http://www.maggieflaniganstudio.com We are proud to be NYC’s most respected professional actor training program. We welcome aspiring actors interested in going the distance with themselves; risk-takers who want to feel safe, nurtured, and yet pushed in a way they could have never imagined in order to fulfill their fullest artistic potential. Charlie and all of the faculty approach every day honored to be the caretakers of Maggie’s artistic vision. For over 15 years we have welcomed aspiring actors interested in going the distance with themselves; risk-takers who want to feel safe, nurtured, and yet pushed in a way they could have never imagined in order to realize their fullest artistic potential. Dedicated to preserving the Meisner technique, Maggie and Charlie continue the direct lineage of Sanford Meisner’s teaching tree. Located in the heart of NYC, the Maggie Flanigan Studio was founded by Maggie in 2001 to fill what she saw as a substantial gap in American actor training. Our studio is rooted in the belief that a rigorous and inspiring conservatory-based training program should remain small, intimate, and nurturing while challenging students to meet the highest professional expectations.
