Today, we're highlighting mentor Jesús E. López Vargas, and his recent work in Cairo Egypt! This past April, Jesús, alongside Transversal Theatre Company, co-wrote and co-directed with Bryan Reynolds a devised theater production piece, in which they rehearsed and tech'd the show in only 5 days before performances took place. He said, "it was truly one of the most beautiful and exhilarating experiences of my life." Above are photos from the production, "No Erasure" followed by text describing a bit more about the piece. While in Cairo, Jesús also taught a kids theatre workshop and an adults "Becoming Character" workshop, in which you'll see photos of him working with the students there. .stage

Creativity Refresh!! ✨
Mentor Nathan likes to stay creatively motivated by finding moments of beauty and joy in whatever he’s doing. For instance, although he doesn’t prefer doing self tapes for auditions, he remembers why he’s doing them and of his passion for performance which brings joy to the moment and encourages him to work harder!
This week, try to bring and share more joy in whatever you do! It will help not only you but those around you as well! ✨
