AAD students! In honor of AAPI Heritage Month, we are thrilled to invite you to an exclusive Impact Day at Evercore. This is a unique opportunity to step inside one of the world’s leading investment banking firms to explore different career paths and build your professional network in NYC.

The session features a Career Exploration Panel where Evercore professionals will discuss their career trajectories and navigating the industry as an AAPI professional, followed by small group huddles for resume review and career discussions.

Last week, we hosted our 3rd Annual AAD x Career Exploration in Consulting event in partnership with Asians at McKinsey! It was an incredible opportunity for 50+ AAD students to gain firsthand insights into the world of consulting, featuring intensive case coaching, an inspiring career panel, and dynamic small group breakouts.

Providing industry access to the community is at the heart of our mission, and seeing the engagement between our students and industry leaders was truly inspiring as this event continues to grow in scale and impact each year.

A special thank you to Asians at McKinsey for your partnership and leadership team for bringing this event to life!

This one feels really special. We’re proud to introduce the inaugural cohort of the AAPI Creator Incubator!

What started as an idea, creating more space, access, and support for AAPI creators, is now a 5-month fellowship. Designed for AAPI undergraduates pursuing a future in content creation, this program brings together emerging voices and established creators through mentorship, community, and real opportunity.

Each fellow will receive a $2,500 grant, 1:1 mentorship, and join us for monthly workshops where we’ll dive into brand strategy, viral content, and monetization.

But more than anything, this is about community. Building it. Strengthening it. And making sure the next generation of AAPI creators don’t have to figure it out alone.
