Dear Women in Leadership participants,
I hope this email finds you well. It has now been a month since we assembled our unique and one-of-a-kind group at the program!
I am writing to you to ask if you are willing to participate in our research study. The purpose of the study is to better understand what women leaders are facing and how a leadership program, like the one you participated in, has helped you in developing authentic leadership. Our request is simple – 45 minutes to 1 hour individual telephone interview only. The interviewer will be either Jennifer or myself. What is discussed during the phone interview is strictly confidential. I would greatly appreciate if you could take a look at the consent form that the Columbia University Institutional Review Board requires and provide responses to the brief questions.
