✨ Here at Elements rules aren’t handed down—they’re created and agreed upon together. ✨

Today our group worked together to create “Agreements”—guidelines for how we want our days to feel and run.

The kids come up with and discuss each idea.
It is only added once everyone agrees.
Then they proudly sign their names, like a contract.

When kids have a voice in setting expectations, they’re more invested in following them.

It sparks thoughtful conversations about respect, kindness, and responsibility—and helps build a community where every person feels heard. 💛
