Our President and CEO, Sean Harrell, was on the move last week, speaking at the Charter School Bond Conference on a panel titled “The Enrollment - Financial Equation.”
Sean joined Matt DeAngelis, Dave Faunce, Melissa Holdaway, and Roberta Yildiz to discuss how schools can thrive in 2026 and beyond. His takeaway was clear: we have to rethink what it means to “support” a student, that’s what attracts enrollment.

This week, ICS hosted Staten Island Community Partnership’s monthly meeting, where representatives from across the borough come together to share new ideas, discuss important local issues, and work to make Staten Island the best place possible for our families, students, and communities to thrive.

We ended yesterday’s Decision Day ceremony with a surprise for the Class of 2026! Our seniors had an exclusive meet and greet experience with special guests and ! 🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Mother’s Day Plant Sale at Lavelle Preparatory Charter School today! Thanks to our wonderful community, every purchase helped raise funds for student programs and activities at our elementary school. We loved seeing so many families come together for such a special event. Have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend!

Our Sweet 16 Campaign officially ends tomorrow, and the competition is closer than ever!
