What’s next?
We’re almost at the close of another year and whatever trails we’re facing, whatever the obstacles, whatever the setback we don’t throw in the towel. We don’t grow weary. We don’t give up now.
We’ve been through too much, witnessed too much, survive and overcome too much to stop here.
Life is full of challenges, ups and downs, trials and tests, twists and turns. It’s not easy, but God never promised it would be. He promised He would be with us through it all; always, even to the end of the age.
Whether we choose to quit or keep pushing forward, we will face trials, hurdles, disappointments, frustration, and doubt. But when we choose to keep going in faith, God strengthens us, refines us, gives us courage and carries us when we’re tired.
The difference is this: when we keep going, we grow. We learn. We help someone. We become stronger. Every step forward is proof that we’re still standing, resilient and still capable.
So we press on. Not because it’s easy, but because we’ve already survived what we once thought we couldn’t. We press on, trusting that God is not finished yet. The promise over our lives is still in motion. What’s next is greater than what’s behind us. What’s next is purpose, progress, and promise. Stay faithful. Stay encouraged. Keep moving forward..❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽

An effective leader inspires and influences supporters and team members by showing them how the vision will make them better people.
Managers have more of a one-track mind with a focus on the final product, with less regard for the emotions of the team members under them.
