This past Friday, to wrap up Children’s Mental Health Awareness Month, Northside’s Community Mental Health Promotion and Support Program (COMHPS) held a creative and calming workshop with our afterschool program focused on self-expression and well-being. 🐉

Using air-dry clay, children created their own dragon eyes while practicing mindfulness, building confidence, and having fun together. The verdict from the kids? “This is so much fun!” ✨

We love creating opportunities for children to explore their creativity while supporting their social and emotional wellness.

This Pride Month, we celebrate every child, family, and community member we have the honor of serving. 🌈 At Northside Center, inclusion isn't just a value — it's at the heart of everything we do. Happy Pride! 💙
