Sometimes worry can take over your whole body.
Especially when the worry is about someone you love. A partner, a friend, a parent, or even a beloved pet.
When fear sends you into panic, try to pause and breathe into your heart. Again and again. Let your body know: *I am here. I am safe. I can handle this moment.*
You may not be able to control what happens in the relationship, but you can choose to nourish your relationship with yourself.
Because being there for yourself is one of the most powerful things you can do when you don’t know what comes next. ❤️
When worry takes over, what helps you come back to yourself?

Answering some of your questions:
“How do I know if I’m dating someone because they feel familiar, or because I actually like them?”

Sometimes, you already know the answer. You just need a little space to hear it.
Which prompt resonates with you most?
Save this for when you need clarity, and share it with someone who needs a little guidance too. 🤍

Sometimes “I’m not enough” isn’t just a passing thought. It can become an identity you carry into your relationships, your work, your choices, and the way you see yourself.
The more you believe you’re not enough, the more you may find yourself constantly trying to prove your worth, seek validation, or become someone you think you should be.
But what if “not enough” isn’t who you are?
In my latest Substack, I explore the roots of the “not enough” identity, why we keep chasing more, and what it takes to begin seeing yourself differently.
Read the full article and follow me on Substack for more insights on mindset, self-awareness, and breaking the patterns that keep you stuck.

What if the life you keep experiencing is reflecting the story you still believe about yourself?
If you’ve spent years feeling “not enough,” the first step is choosing that you are enough, not for others, but for YOU.
Then comes the deeper work: understanding where that wound began, how you learned to compensate for it, and what patterns you’ve been repeating because of it.
You don’t have to keep living from the “not enough” identity. 🤍
I wrote more about this in my article, “The Not Enough Identity: Why You Keep Attracting What Confirms Your Wound.”

Sometimes we’re searching in all the wrong places. Instead of relying only on dating apps or hoping love magically appears, why not put yourself in environments where you’re more likely to meet people who share your interests?
Relationships don’t usually find us when we’re waiting at home. They often begin when we show up.
Sometimes we don’t choose what’s healthy.
We choose what feels familiar.
If a relationship feels like home, ask yourself why.
Does it remind you of the love you witnessed growing up?
Familiar doesn’t always mean safe.
Have you ever caught yourself repeating old relationship patterns?

What if Mercury retrograde isn’t working against you... but for you?
Mercury retrograde gets blamed for a lot, but here’s a different perspective.
You always have a choice in the meaning you give any experience.
Instead of seeing it as chaos, see it as an invitation to reset. To release what’s no longer aligned. To make the changes you’ve been avoiding.
Maybe what felt like a setback was actually life creating space for something better.
The next time you feel influenced by anything outside of you, pause and ask yourself:
What if this is happening for me, not tome?
Your subconscious is designed to keep you familiar, not necessarily fulfilled. That’s why the same relationship patterns, money fears, self-doubt, and stress can keep showing up on repeat.
The beautiful part? What was learned can be unlearned.
When you begin to rewire your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, you stop living from your past and start creating your future.
