Tonight the Research Advisory Board was delighted to have guest speakers Jeremiah Thomas and Samantha Lau speak to students about gap years for research opportunities and more. We greatly appreciate their time as well as for the students that turned out to the event!

Hey everyone! The Research Advisory Board is proud to announced its first event of the new year: The Research Gap Year Panel. Join our very own upperclassmen: Samantha Lau (M4) and Jeremiah Thomas (M3), who will be discussing the topic of gap years, research within sub specialties, and their own medical school journeys.

The event will be hosted on January 25, 2023 from 5-6pm in Harris Hall Room 110H. We look forward to you joining us!

We are very excited to announce the CUNY School of Medicine’s annual Research Day taking place on November 16th in the Great Hall. The event will feature a keynote speaker along with award giveaways and refreshments! Abstract submissions are now open and the link is in our bio. Deadline for submissions is October 7th at 11:59pm, so be sure to send in your work for all to see!
