On January 15th with @ newyorkfreedomrally2 showed up at Mayor Eric Adams Brooklyn residence. The secretary of the left a list of violations for Eric Adams so he is fully aware that he is violating his oath of office as well as a list of violations against the rights of the People of New York city. As men and women it is your duty to hold this public official accountable. They serve us. The Constitution was written for them, not us!

The People of New York are being COERCED into taking an EUA product. The C()\/iD-|9 Sh⭕️t is only FDA approved for emergency use. This gives vaccine manufactures immunity for their product under the PREP Act. You are the guinea pig, and you can not hold the manufacturers “legally” liable in the case that you are injured or killed by their product. Not a single man or woman is being given proper informed consent before taking the C()\/iD-|9 Sh⭕️t.

It’s time to get educated, put our public servants on notice, and hold them accountable for their violations.

This is the first step in the due process of law to hold him accountable for violating his Oath if Office to uphold the Constitution.
We would like everyone to be able to serve him a Notice if Liability in Albany on January 5th.

Dinowitz is the author of bills:

A8378 - Requires immunization against COVID-19 for all children in order to attend school

A2240 - Relates to mandatory influenza vaccine for persons attending daycare

A8398 - Relates to limiting exemptions from immunizations; repealer

He is in violation of his Oath of Office and is a tyrant coming for your children. It’s time to make our voices heard!

If you are headed to Albany on Wednesday then print out the New York de jure Assembly violations list and distribute it to the NYS legislators.
Instead of trying to convince them to vote “No” on unlawful policy, please inform them that a “Yes” vote for any of the listed bills would be a direct violation of their Oath of Office.

If you are not able to make it to Albany, find your reps and walk it over to their district office.
