The AcroWarrior Training Program, is a 10 weekend immersive training program in acroyoga and partner

On November 5th we will commence the AcroWarrior Training Program, a 10 weekend immersve training program in in acroyoga.and partner acrobatics. Training weekends consist of skill training, handstand & flexibility training, lectures and discussions to inform you on your Acro journey. At the heart of this program is the belief that the practice of AcroYoga has the potential to change lives and transform the world, it is a practice that offers space for us to discover how much we are truly capable of. Through this program we aim to hold space for trainees to refine & grow their skills as acrobats & healers, while learning to cultivate their voice and offering as a teacher. Dates & Times:

Training hours are generally as follows (but not limited to):
Saturdays & Sundays: 10am to 5pm

Module 1: Foundations of AcroYoga
November 5th-December 11th
*No Training the weekend on 11/27 & 11/28

Module 2: Advanced L Basing & Standing Acrobatics
January 21st- February 26th
*No training on the weekend of 2/11 & 2/12

ATTN MEMBERS - Especially AERIALISTS - 2 Items for ya!

1. POINTS- We have added a 4th Aerial Point (while we await our final truss system🤞🏼)

2. LEARN TO use our PULLEY SYSTEM - .lesinski.dpt will be available tomorrow (SATURDAY Dec 4) around 2:30 + 4:30 to show members the puller system. Send her a DM if you're interested in learning.

The Pulley system is on 3 of our 4 points + it's important to know how to use it properly! Safety first, second + third!

We are THRILLED to announce we are now open to MEMBERS + offering them 24/7 Access to Open Training!

Thank you so much for your PATIENCE + SUPPORT! Opening this kind of space in NYC is no small feat + this community has stepped up time and time again.

We are still putting some finishing touches on the space - waiting for the completion of our Aerial Truss - and doing our best to accommodate your training in the interim! We have a number of free standing aerial rigs available in the space, matting, etc.

Members - you should have received an email with information on how to fill out your waiver, upload fax info + receive your access code. If you haven’t, slide into our DM’s!

We all begin as beginners.

No one is born doing splits or backbends.

No one shows up to their first handstand training with a good handstand.

Everyone who’s gotten really skilled at these things put in hours + months + years.

Don’t compare your today with someone else’s 600th or 1500th day.
