IL-6 released from muscles functions as a and has been shown to induce an anti-inflammatory response through IL-10 secretion and IL-1β inhibition. Physical activity has been shown to be safe in most of autoimmune diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), multiple sclerosis (MS), inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), as well as others.
Among my daily clients include Athletes, bankers, editors in chief, actresses, models, lawyers, doctors and special needs children.
