Extended Side Angle is a great side body stretch. It will also strengthen your legs and open your chest. π§ββοΈ
Seated Forward Fold is another calming asana that will stretch your entire back and lengthen your spine. π§ββοΈ
Reverse warrior will stretch your chest and shoulders as well as strengthen your core, quads, and ankles. π§ββοΈ
Locust is a great way to strengthen your spine before attempting more advanced backbends.
Wide-Legged Forward Fold is a calming asana that will open up your lower back and stretch your quads.
