The evening honored the legacy and service of our members while celebrating the next generation through scholarships awarded to outstanding young people in our communities.

Now serving as Deputy Commissioner.

Deputy Commissioner Alden Isiah Foster’s career is a masterclass in growth, humility, and service. From Policy Advisor under Commissioner William J. Bratton to executive leadership within Community Affairs he built his career brick by brick.

Recognized by John Jay College as one of “50 at 50” distinguished alumni.
Recipient of the De LaSalle Leadership Award.

His impact goes beyond rank it’s about relationships, mentorship, and strengthening the bridge between police and community.
