Gamifying Fitness. I created this company with the vision of making fitness as fun as a video game or an anime, a vision almost entirely inspired by Dragon Ball.

Growing up, I was unhappy and overweight. The only thing that would inspire me to get up and move was watching Dragon Ball. They made fighting and fitness look so cool and fulfilling.

I wanted to fire off a kamehameha like Goku, train in a gravity chamber like Vegeta, or get massive shoulders like Tien.

When I got older, I wanted to channel this love of martial arts into something real. I wanted a form of fitness that 12 year old me would have loved to use to get into shape.

I can confidently say that without the inspiration from Akira Toriyama, there would be no FITKO.

Thank you Toriyama, for living an incredible life, and inspiring millions to better themselves. Thank you for teaching us that no matter what obstacles or foes may stand in your way, to never give up, because every wall can be overcome, and every limit can and WILL be broken.

Rest in Power Mr. Toriyama 🙏🏿

I am deeply saddened by his passing, but I want to turn this into something positive in the same way he would.
