Today, our Chief School Partnerships Officer, Annie Dewey, is spending the day at P94M (75m094), one of our New York City Public Schools partners, connecting with students and families about pre-employment transition services that we offer.

Transition is one of the most important -- and sometimes most uncertain -- chapters a young person navigates. Our team is proud to show up in the schools where students are, building those relationships early and making sure they know what support is available to them.

That's what school partnerships are all about.

Our CEO, Joseph Amodeo, led a professional development workshop for faculty and staff at Rockland Community College today, focused on enhancing career development and workforce readiness for students with disabilities.

The session equipped faculty with practical strategies for supporting students through work-based learning, self-advocacy skill building, and navigating the transition from college to workplace accommodations.

Lincoln Square Coaching is proud to partner with higher education institutions to support all students in realizing their career goals.

We're excited to share our newly redesigned website!

As Lincoln Square Coaching has grown (now serving 350+ students and adults across New York and New Jersey!) we wanted a site that better reflects who we are and makes it easier for individuals, schools, families, and partners to connect with us. The new site features:

🔹 Clearer information about our Pre-ETS and transition services
🔹 A dedicated section for school partnerships
🔹 Details on our SOAR curriculum
🔹 Resources for families and professionals

Whether you're a school looking to bring career readiness programming to your students or a family exploring support options, we hope the new site makes it easier to learn how we can work together.

Day 1 of our two-day training brought together the incredible Lincoln Square Coaching team for learning, collaboration, and fresh inspiration.

Every conversation, idea, and shared moment reminded us why we do what we do and how much power there is in showing up with purpose, fueled by passion, and committed to progress.
