💡 𝐀𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲, I personally conduct our 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. I choose not to delegate this task because I want first-hand insight into how our teachers are performing and how our students are developing.
