A hear a lot about depression right now from people around. This word became so popular and common in society.
I thought I had it sometimes but no, it’s not my thing.

Even if everything was wrong, even if I was very very sad about something, that wasn’t a depression.
The first things coming to my mind when I feel sad:
- do something to fix it
- do something to feel better
- smile, even if you don’t want to
- go to gym
- go walk
- go to a museum
- take your camera with you and dive into the photo shooting process
- speak with someone, even with a stranger
- sing, compose, record music.

A life without anything good is bad, that is true. And the main thing is to be able to find anything good in life.

It’s so cool to be here, to feel the freedom of this city, to be the part of it... I’ve never felt this way in any other place.
