The things you feel guilty about are most often the roadmap to what you actually want.

As I turn 43 today, I’ve spent most of my life chasing—building, growing, going.

And today feels different.

It’s a moment to step back and realize… I already have everything I once dreamed about.

An incredible family.
A partner I want to spend my life with.
A business I genuinely love.
An office I once imagined and now get to walk into every day.

And the truth is, if I won the lottery tomorrow, nothing would really change.

I wouldn’t have a list of things to buy.
I wouldn’t suddenly start chasing something new.

I’d just look for ways to help more people.

So as I go into this next year, and everything ahead…

I want to spend more time appreciating what’s already here.

Because if life stopped exactly where it is today

I’d be the happiest person in the world.

Because everything I ever wanted…

I already have.
