This ancient yoga breathing technique is something I practice daily. I have shared this with several students to help them stay calm and centered too. It takes five minutes to watch this video and learn the technique (if you don't already know it), and then it takes about 30 seconds twice a day to do. Try it every day for a month and see what it does for you.
