All activities/lessons are age appropriate and designed to target the content areas students will visit in school. Sharifa is a licensed Childhood Education (grades 1-6) instructor with 4 years experience teaching grades 3-5 under the Department of Education. She received her teacher training as a NYC Teaching Fellow in 2017. Soon after she graduated in 2019, Summa cm laude from Hunter College with her Masters in Special Education.


Sharifa's Online Academic Enrichment Program (SOAEP) derives from her passion to educate students without restrictions and create an atmosphere where joy is brought back into learning. SOAEP's activities/lessons are designed to target common core standards taught throughout schools in all states.

​SOAEP services students in grades K-5 (tutoring/homework help) and ages 3 - 14 (extra activities). The program offers tutoring in subjects Reading, Writing, Math and Homework Help. We also offer extra activities such as Early Developmental Skills, Dance, Arts and Craft and Meditation (Deep Breathing & Affirmations). Private sessions are available online and in person (Queens, NY). Group sessions are only available online.
