WINTER COHORT 2025-2026✨

On January 13th, we celebrated the graduates of Woman Unsilenced, Ready TECH Hire — a healing-based STEM Pre-Apprenticeship designed for women and justice-impacted individuals ready to step into their next chapter.

These graduates showed up, did the work. They earned industry-recognized IBM credentials, and proved that transformation is possible when opportunity meets support.
