When a young boy I know says something so profound. I pay attention. I speak about love on many different levels. Love is the answer to every thing.

When you apply Love to everything in life. It will never be broken. I tell people when you hit the ground running after a nights sleep. That you should lead with love. Open up that heart center and no day is bad. You can deal with any speed bumps with a better attitude and better outcomes.

I had the honor and privilege to be part of the security detail for this amazing play “An Enemy of the People” such a fabulous cast. I saw the play and cast evolve with each performance. It’s an experience I will never forget.

Beet Juice with a little lemon is one of my favorite fresh juices to make. Fresh cold pressed juices are fun to make and even more fun to drink. This 64oz container of beet juice will not last too long. It’s also cheaper than buying it from a storefront.

I will use the pulp to mix into other foods I cook. I try not to waste any food..

I work for a hospital in NYC doing security. A few days ago a man came to the lobby talking about his wife needs help to the labor and delivery floor.

I got a wheelchair and headed to the women. When I got to her she was having a contraction while sitting in the car. Once the contraction was over. I would help her out of the car and into the wheelchair. Not two minutes later she was having another contraction. I got her to do some breathwork with me as we went toward the elevator. She said it helped and was very thankful. Right as we were where labor and delivery was. She was having another contraction. We worked through that. The last thing I said to her was “Remember to breathe” she nodded yes and said thank you.

Several hours later she had a babygirl. As her mother was on the way home said her daughter was very thankful for my help and it made her stronger during the whole process.

The lesson here is no matter what you are going through in the moment is to breathe. So many people don’t breathe correctly in moments of crisis, grief,turmoil, trauma, etc..

Change your breathe.. Change your life..

Let your breath be your anchor!!

I have been waiting for the day when I found this on a shelf somewhere. When I drink coffee at home is what’s on hand. I haven’t seen this anywhere since seeing aversion social media.

Now, I did buy the sweetened coffee. I don’t usually add sugar to my coffee. This pre-sweetened coffee is 🔥🔥🔥

I just added a little almond milk for perfection. Everyone knows me. If I say it’s good. TRUST!!!

When you finally have time to eat at which just opened up recently. The burger is so delicious.

The nachos are in my top two vegan nachos in NYC.

The Mac and cheese is epic.

The chocolate cake is always amazing.

I can’t wait to go again at some point this week
