There’s a lot of “save this flow” content on social media because so many teachers and students are lost without asana, or a “sequence”.

The greatest liberation I’ve found has happened through the unplanned, the wild, the natural cascading of events. This happens on and off the mat.

Flow with the elements, flow without strict, pre planned structure. Nature doesn’t - you don’t have to either.
