“I started teaching dance at 15 years old at my local studio and private coaching young dancers while I was a UCLA student and Los Angeles Laker Girl. A year after I was hired as a Rockette in 2001, I started sharing my knowledge of precision dance with others who were interested in auditioning for the Radio City Rockettes and have not stopped since then. I worked as a professional dancer for 17 years, bi-coastal for 6 of those years, and officially called myself a New Yorker in 2006 when I decided Ripley-Grier Studios would be my favorite place to train the next generation of precision dancers.
Patricia and Butch have created such a unique space that Broadway artists across the globe have acknowledged as one of the best spaces for rehearsals, auditions, coaching, and more. The staff is always so supportive, loyal, and helpful. They have gone out of their way MANY, MANY times to make my dancers and me feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.
