In this live I discussed Validations. Validations we seek from others and when it is appropriate to consider others validation of you.I also discussed how you play apart in your own validation process!

2. Why am I seeking validation from them?

We have to let people be who they want to be regardless of how we feel. You have to let go of what you want for a person and let that person find out what they want for themselves.

This goes for everyone in your life. Your children, significant other, family members, and friends.

That doesn’t mean you going missing or become less active but you create a space and provide tools to help support their journey!

We all have one life to live. Let everyone have the opportunity to live theirs!

In today’s time everyone feels entitled to something. But it is rare that people put in the work to receive the reward the yearn for. If something is for you it will come to you but you can’t harbor those feelings of entitlement because you will miss your opportunity to receive your reward. And just because you know someone in a position to help you doesn’t mean you deserve a handout. They worked hard for their spot and you have to show the effort and hard work to sit at their table too.

All though we are all human, the battle of the s*x is a huge struggle within relationships. Both men and women are unique within their own right. No one is more important than the other. We both need each other for different things. We have to stop bashing each other and start loving, guiding, and supporting each other. Don’t matter what we all have struggles within our s*x that the other won’t completely understand.

Learn to respect people’s position on things. Wither you agree or not, it is not an excuse to try and change someone’s position on things. We have to learn that it is okay to “agree to disagree.” Most people don’t like things being forced on them, especially as an adult. Respect people’s opinions and maintain a healthy boundary on things or topics you don’t agree with.

Accountability is really rare in society today. Everything is not someone else’s fault. If you find yourself in similar situations often, then it’s time you sit back and reflect on yourself. Don’t be afraid to check yourself !

You can’t live your life constantly living in regret about past decisions. You have to accept the decisions you made and try to use that experience to be better. Don’t dwell on what could’ve been but focus on what could be! You have this moment here to start making the strides towards who you want to be !
