Hi, I'm Thalia, a New York-based certified Special Education teacher with over 10 years of experience helping children truly thrive in school. I specialize in working with students who learn differently, including those with dyslexia, autism, and other learning differences, and I bring real, proven tools to every session. I'm trained in the Orton-Gillingham method (the gold standard for reading and phonics support), certified in ELL instruction, and fully fluent in Spanish, so bilingual families always feel welcome.

I work with students on reading comprehension and phonics, essay writing, history, Spanish, Regents, and middle school test prep, and college application support.
