Start of day 3 dissection course.
We’ve started the day reflecting on how self-mastery connects to our ability to act on our call of service. This entails taking care of ourselves in order to have the ability attend to others’ needs.

This morning we continue our exploration between the superficial fascia and the deep fascia in preparation to getting into some of the deeper relationships later in the day.

Excited to announce that will be teaching ELDOA 4 in NYC from November 30 - December 2nd.

ELDOA 4 is the intro to the pelvis. In this course you’ll learn:
⁃ the relational anatomy of the pelvic girdle, muscular and visceral components of the pelvis.
⁃ The biomechanics of the SI Joint, namely the 22 Axes of the pelvis.
⁃ How to thoroughly and specifically assess the SI Joint in order to identify lesions in the pelvis.
⁃ How to prescribe the correct exercises in order to correct the lesions found during your assessment.
⁃ The impact that imbalances in the pelvis can have on the spine, hips, and other orthopedic structures.
⁃ The impact that specific pathologies of the SI joint, such as Nutcrackers and Vertical Axes, can impact the Re**um, Uterus, Bladder, and other organs in the body.

Day 1 of ELDOA 3 - Palpating the Ribs to feel for the proper tension in order setup for Rib ELDOA’s.

The articulation of the Costo-Transverse and Costo-Corporeal Joints are significant for several reasons. Some of which being to provide better quality rotation of the thoracic cage and spine, improve the quality of movement of the viscera inside the thoracic cage like the heart and lungs, and to improve the proprioceptive feedback of the ligaments of the rib cage and spine.
