My class is so grateful and excited to have been funded with light pads and light table accessories through 🤩✨

I posted the project expecting nothing — out of so many projects what are the chances that someone would pick mine, I thought. And voila! We wasted no time and my students immediately used the materials. They set a record of being on task and engaged for the whole period! My teacher heart is so happy 🫶🏼

If you have a project that you are thinking of doing but has no budget for, this is your sign to take a chance and post about it! There is no harm in trying — all for the love of our students 🤎

My students have been loving this family counters + matching color houses that go along so well with our unit this month! 🏠 They practice basic mathematical skills such as counting, color identification, sorting, one-to-one correspondence and many more — all while having fun!

Here is another fun and colorful science experiment for our ! I know I said last month’s was one of my favorites but I think this is my *most* favorite unit ever. It’s so much fun and my students love the activities! How could you not when they get to eat the leftover skittles after, right? 🤫

‼️DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do this activity early in the morning if you don’t want a bunch of preschoolers bouncing off the walls all dayyy. 🫣🤭😵‍💫

Color Mixing Science Experiment 🌈

Today was a colorful day in our classroom! The students learned about mixing colors using water, food coloring and watercolor. It was ✨magical ✨ watching the water “walk” from cup to cup! If you have not tried doing this very simple science experience, you should! 🤩
