Last Thursday, April 30th, HSLA-HA celebrated our Trimester 2 Academic Excellence Ceremony during advisory! 🎉

Scholars were recognized for their hard work, academic growth, dedication, and commitment throughout Trimester 2. We are so proud to celebrate their continued progress toward academic excellence.

HSLA Harlem Concert Band crushed it at the WorldStrides Heritage Music Festival in Philadelphia! 🎶🏆

Our scholars earned a First Place Gold Rating in Division 1A — an incredible accomplishment for our first year competing. Judges praised the band for their tone, sonority, and intonation, skills that take focus, discipline, and dedication to master.

We are so proud of how hard our scholars worked and how professionally they represented HSLA Harlem. Please join us in congratulating our amazing Concert Band! 🎺👏✨

Our scholars took the stage for Almost, Maine and brought this beautiful story to life with heart, humor, and creativity. 🎭✨
