Thump

Thump Thump is an evolving online and mobile platform that is revolutionizing the way we think about public health. And we’re just getting started.

The idea behind Thump first came about in the Fall of 2007, the brainchild of founders Truth Oladapo. As students at Columbia University, he were frustrated with the school-sponsored public health education programs in place, in their opinion outdated and out-of-touch with campus life. This inspired them to build their own online learning community, an interactive, social way to discuss and learn about public health. Thump offers effective, multimedia resources that key in to the millennial mindset, making public education anything but boring with video, blogging, and even online shopping. Join us as we make it easy for everyone to love and learn how to embrace prevention.
