James Friedman has been tending the ember for 35 years. 🔥 This month’s CM Honolulu speaker is James Friedman — jeweler, educator, and the creative force behind JB Friedman Designs, Latitude Designs, and El Dorado, a new initiative building the infrastructure Hawaiʻi’s jewelry community has long needed. As an instructor at the Honolulu Museum of Art Metals Lab, James has spent decades connecting makers with the tools, relationships, and support to sustain a real creative life here in the islands. His network spans the globe. His roots are right here. On April 24, he’s bringing that story to our stage. Free and open to all. Doors open at 8:00 AM.
