ALOHA COFFEE LAB mainly uses single origin coffee beans grown in Kona and Ka'u regions of Hawai'i. ALOHA COFFEE LAB is teaming up with local favorite, THE CURB and we have opened our very first coffee kiosk, THE CURB at PAN AM by ALOHA COFEE LAB. You will find us on the ground level of the Pan Am building.Come and be part of the coffee revolution we are unfolding with THE CURB team. Brewing the finest coffee using the finest beans grown in Hawai'i is the the essence of the Third Wave of Coffee. Our mission is to foster appreciation of artisan coffee through our courses. Hawaii is known for its beautiful beaches, lush green mountains, and tropical climate. But did you know that Hawaii is also famous for its coffee? The unique combination of volcanic soil, cool temperatures, and abundant rainfall create the perfect conditions for growing high-quality coffee beans.

The first coffee plants were brought to Hawaii in the early 19th century, and since then, the state has become a major producer of specialty coffee. Some of the most popular varieties include Kona, Maui Mokka, and Hawaiian Peaberry.
