Hi Friends,

As you all know, I opened a studio called The Elevate Company back in 2022. I had a 6 month old when I signed our lease and was pregnant with my second baby, which I found out about just a day or two after signing our lease.

We haven't been open 3 years yet, and we now have three babies who are 3, 2, and 1 years of age. Derek Linsley and I have been BUSY!

We have been nominated for Best of Benicia in TWO categories:

1) Fitness Center
2) Wellness Center

We would LOVE your vote in both categories. There are so many wonderful businesses here in Benicia, that all deserve celebration.

The Elevate Co. is a labor of love, my life's work, and my passion. We have so many incredible instructors and students who make our space just what it is.

In my dreamy, hippy, Elizabethan era. I can’t wait to meet this little one in my belly, their two siblings love them “so much” already. We lovingly refer to baby number three as “new baby” because well, we already have a baby.

I had so much fun modeling for this fairytale photoshoot with the very talented .

These were the first and only professional photos we’ve had taken of us as a family, what a sweet treat. 💛🌻🍯🐝

My baby is ONE 🎂! Happy 1st birthday my sweet Seamus Flynn. You are the most incredible little human. Mama and Dada marvel over you every single day my smart boy. Walking, talking, and totally cool 😎.

Baby Linsley on the way, coming late Spring 2024! 👶🏼👶🏼👶🏼 We cannot believe we are about to have three under three, but let’s go, we’ve got this.

Raising these two little humans has been the greatest joy and adventure, we cannot wait to add one more baby to this dance. Do we really need to buy another crib? 🌼💐🌸

Spider bite on my face, toddler bites on my arms, but this beautiful contact nap with my Baby has me feeling like the luckiest Mama in the world.

We all have those never ending to-do lists, they will always be there. But this, this precious baby time, is over far too quickly. Learning, again and again, how to slow down, and I am infinitely grateful to my babies for teaching me how to.
